Refund policy

skINTELL guides are digital products. Once a guide has been downloaded it can't be returned, so we don't offer refunds if you change your mind.

Why
Under EU consumer law, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply to digital content once access has started, provided you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you lose that right. By buying a guide, you agree to immediate access and understand that your right to cancel ends once the download begins.

If something goes wrong
This doesn't affect your legal rights. If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't as described, email info@skintell.ie and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you, as the law requires.

Fundamentals First is free, so there is nothing to refund.
