1. Who we are
skINTELL is run by Jade Guidon, Ireland. Email: info@skintell.ie

2. What we sell
We sell digital guides, delivered as downloadable files. Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies.

3. Delivery
After payment, you'll get access to your guide by download link straight away. If your link doesn't arrive, check your junk folder, then email info@skintell.ie and we'll resend it.

4. Refunds and your right to cancel
Because guides are digital products, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply once your download has begun. By buying a guide, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download starts. See our Refunds page for details.

5. If something is wrong with your guide
This doesn't affect your legal rights. If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't as described, email info@skintell.ie and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you, as the law requires.

6. General education, not medical advice
This guide is general education, not medical advice. It can't diagnose or treat any condition. If you're worried about your skin, or a mole or spot is changing, see your GP.

skINTELL doesn't sell treatments, and it doesn't take money from brands or businesses. The only thing it sells is evidence-based education, priced to be accessible while still generating some revenue to support the business.

Results from any treatment or routine vary from person to person.

7. How you may use your guide
Your guide is for your personal use only. Please don't copy, share, resell or post it online. All rights in the guides, including their text, design and branding, belong to skINTELL.

8. Updates to guides
We may update a guide after you've bought it. You'll keep access to the version you bought.

9. Our liability
We do our best to give accurate, up-to-date information, but we can't guarantee it will suit your circumstances. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from how you use a guide. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Your data and payments
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and PayPal. We never see your card details.

11. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over, or buying with a parent or guardian's permission.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the consumer rights of your home country.
